Modern Beauty is currently looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team and share our passion for the beauty industry. The right individual will provide superior customer service to both customers arriving in our showroom and those calling on the phone. Industry experience is an asset, but not required.
Expectations:
•Exceptional Customer Service Skills
•Merchandising and Visual Presentation skills
•Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn a new computer system
•The flexibility to work in multiple departments
•Detail oriented
•The ability to multi-task while working under pressure
•A sense of urgency (the ability to recognize and prioritize time sensitive issues and duties)
•Retain product knowledge to promote sales
Personality Traits:
•The ability to work effectively in a team environment
•Positive and Outgoing demeanor
•Open to feedback and responds well to coaching
•Enjoys daily interactions with customers in person as well as over the phone
•Articulate and Professional – appreciation for the impact your tone of voice, body language and choice of words when assisting clients.
