Description
Position Summary:
Working with various retail partners across Canada, you will be responsible for a specific territory and be an ambassador to the benefit brand while scheduling your territory effectively and efficiently. Through the training and development of our retail partners, you will build the Benefit Canada business by setting objectives and achieving sales results. Motivating your team through your passion and enthusiasm, you will endorse the Benefit culture. With your infectious Benefit flair you will lead and manage your business while working independently to exceed organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications and/or Experience:
We are looking for candidates with personality, pizzazz and tons of enthusiasm as well as:
•1-2 years retail experience
•Minimum 1 year Account Management experience
•Cosmetics experience preferred
•Proven sales and customer service track record
•Exceptional communication, leadership and presentation skills
•Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•Ability to receive and store collateral
•Self motivated
•Driving an automobile is an essential duty of this position. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel for work purposes are required.

Employee must provide and have daily access to a personal computer with an internet connection.

Work Environment:
•Dynamic, Fun, Exciting, Team Spirited, “Never the same thing twice!”
•Workweek typically Tuesday-Saturday
