We are currently looking for a Retail Manager to join our Aveda West Edmonton Mall location. The Manager will be responsible for leading the team on the achievement of sales and ensuring that high levels of customer service are exemplified in the location.

Essential Functions:
• Ensure that the highest levels of client service are achieved throughout the location
• Track retail sales against sales goals using the system provided
• Foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among the team
• Maintain a consistent professional, motivational and enthusiastic management style

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience motivating a retail team
• Proven track record of sales achievement
• Desire to achieve service excellence
• Superior coaching and communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Experience in fashion and/or beauty and wellness retail preferred
