The opportunity for you…

We are searching for a fashion forward, highly motivated, entry level Receptionist based in our head office located in Burnaby, B.C.

You will be responsible for…

Supporting office operation and maintaining general office organization and cleanliness
Providing administrative support for all departments
Coordinating outgoing & incoming mail and courier services and inter-office transfers
Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers and vendors for office and kitchen supplies
Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls to appropriate person
Maintaining in-house product inventory by stocking retail shelves and bi-monthly promotions
Supporting the Marketing Department with all gift basket donation requests
Assisting in any employee events with the People & Culture Department
Providing excellent customer service for all customers including walk in clients
What you offer…

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office or customer service environment
Strong computer, communication and administrative skills
Friendly, outgoing individual who has an exceptional ability to multi-task
MS Office and Excel skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving abstract an asset
Salon or stylist background an asset
