Established Downtown Dermatology Clinic looking for a full-time Patient Services Representative.
Must have open availability and have 2-5 years relevant work experience (cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, general dermatology) as well as vast skin care and cosmetic knowledge including current treatments and trends.
Assets would include: Microsoft Office Suite, Clinical Appointment Bookings, Skin Care Knowledge, Sales Experience, POS experience.
MUST BE: Outgoing, enthusiastic, team-oriented, hard working and reliable.
MUST POSSESS: Strong phone skills, interpersonal skills, excellent multi-tasking abilities and can work well under pressure.
