& Duties
Responsible for:
•Teaching, updating and implementing curriculum, instructing new talent about the art of being a nail technician
•Monitoring and evaluating student progress
•Accurately maintaining program and student records
•Must be available Monday Through Saturday, as the program schedule varies from Mon-Weds-Fri to Tues-Thurs-Sat
Qualifications:
•Applicants must be licensed nail technicians and/or estheticians
•Minimum 3 years experience
•Strong leadership skills, and the desire to teach and motivate students
•Ability to teach techniques and skills in both a classroom and clinical environment
•Strong communication and critical-thinking skills to communicate ideas while analyzing and solving student concerns
Compensation
•Benefits package for full time instructors
•Salary plus bonus potential
•On-going instructor education programs
