We are looking for individuals that:

- Have a passion for all things makeup and beauty
- Have a passion for excellence in customer service
- Have completed a recognized program in Makeup Artistry, Eyelash Extensions, or Esthetics
and demonstrate strong skill and ability
- Have elevated selling skills and the ability to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Are go-getters! Are comfortable approaching and "traffic stopping" clients
- Desire to learn trend looks and strive to be an “expert” in the field
- Desire to learn and attend all brand training and development opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team

As a MYNC Stylist you will have the opportunity to demonstrate makeup applications and will receive additional training to complete brow bar and lash lounge services. Our professional training and mentoring program will guide you as you grow in the beauty field.

- Consistently executing MYNC's signature services at the highest level to a diverse body of clients
- Consistently creating an amazing experience for all clients
- Effectively engaging, communicating with, and educating clients on MYNC products and services
- Identifying client product and service needs, demonstrating product and service solutions,
and assisting clients with product and service selection
- Actively demonstrating a high level of MYNC product knowledge and promoting MYNC
products by presenting product features and benefits
- Delivering personalized consultations and application makeovers, sharing artistry tips,
tricks and techniques, and teaching clients how to recreate looks at home
- Building rapport and maintaining strong, positive customer relationships
- Supporting MYNC education initiatives and product knowledge training
- Performing other store related duties as assigned and complying with all MYNC policies
and procedures, and best practices
- Continuous standing / walking for 8 hours
- Working in a fragrance-filled environment
