MAKE UP FOR EVER BOUTIQUE (Sephora Toronto Eaton Centre) is opening November 2012.
The Head Makeup Artist is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day to day management of the Residential Makeup Artists. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day coaching and motivating the Residential Makeup Artists to achieve sales results and ensuring the highest level makeup artistry and customer service throughout the store.
The Head Makeup Artist is a role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the stores Makeup Artists in order to achieve maximum results. As part of the management team, the Head Makeup Artist is also responsible for monitoring loss prevention and ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, company policies and procedures.
