Job Description:
In this position, you will work as a Beauty Advisor for one of Winston Retail Solutions' beauty clients whose natural based beauty products encompass skincare and color cosmetics.
Preferred Experience:
•3+ years experience working with prestige beauty and skin care brands
•Experience working within the Sephora retail environment
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Training/seminar experience
•Motivated by education and sales
•Makeup artistry experience
On Floor Priorities:
•Build relationships with store staff and management at each location
•Inform staff of the brand and product features & benefits
•Ensure all SKU's are represented on the sales floor
•Fill out beauty reports
•Before and after photography
Key Characteristics of Candidate:
This candidate must passionate about the beauty industry. This candidate is a self- starter, well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate must be able to adjust to change, willing to work as a team member and do what it takes to get the job done.
