•Explain benefits of treatment series and encourage return visits as part of ongoing care.
•Attend seminars and training designed to facilitate your development as a spa care expert and a leader in your field as scheduled incorporating learning into your role.
•Must present a positive and polished image at all times as outlined in the competencies and personal appearance policy.
•Provide support to other staff members whenever the opportunity presents itself and is appropriate.
•Must understand and achieve company targets related to guest retention, ratio of sales to service, productivity, etc.
•Must hold an Aesthetics diploma or certificate from a reputable institute
•A strong back ground in product sales is an asset
•Experience with Éminence products is a strong asset
•A strong commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction and growing your client base.
•Superior communication and organizational skills
•Ability to work on a flexible schedule; days, some evenings and rotating weekends.
