The sweetgrass Concierge is the first impression and the face of the spa. A potential candidate is friendly, warm, thrives in a team atmosphere, and is dedicated to providing excellent service. The ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure is an absolute must. We require customer service experience, and post-secondary education or equivalent. Administration experience is an asset.
