PRESTILUX - BIODERMA DERMATICIAN
The goal of the Bioderma Dermatician is to achieve planned sales by executing in-store events and training in drugstores.
• Customer service. To represent Bioderma by engaging customers and ensuring their needs are met.
• Plan and execute in-store events in selected drugstores determined by Prestilux’s team leader.
• To achieve or exceed monthly sales plan. The Dermatician is also responsible for motivating each store’s team at selling Bioderma. Results to be reviewed on a weekly basis with Prestilux team leader.
• Ongoing training with each member of the dermo-cosmetic department to ensure cosmeticians are perfectly comfortable at selling Bioderma.
• Establish contact with the lab team, train and supply them with pertinent information and tools to encourage recommendation of Bioderma by the lab.
•Develop superior working relationships with the cosmetic and management team.
• Experience at selling skin care products
• Experience in drugstore
• Flexible working schedule
• Can travel from one store to another
