CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE (KCR)

Kiehls, since 1851, is looking for a Part Time Customer Rep for their retail store locations throughout Alberta.
This position will be primarily responsible for achieving superior customer service and the driving force behind the business results of the store.
Responsibilities Include:
•Achieves Superior Customer Service standards.
•Achieves or exceeds sales goals.
•Contributes to overall success and growth of the Store.
•Creates long-term relationships with customers and nurtures repeat business.
Requirements:
•2 years experience in retail/service industry
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
